Resillion has achieved the first milestone in its two-year Testing as a Service (TaaS) agreement with Orange’s Broadband and TV Factory in Belgium.
Signed in May 2025, the agreement sees Resillion provide automated testing services for Orange’s TV and OTT platforms across multiple devices – including set-top boxes, web browsers, smartphones and tablets.
This first milestone completes the setup phase, with all test scripts, devices and automation systems now in place. Each night, around 1,000 automated tests run across Orange’s platforms, feeding results into a dashboard that helps the company make faster, data-driven release decisions.
With multiple device types and a continuous flow of new releases, high-quality, efficient testing is essential. With the testing framework now live, Orange can more quickly validate new software versions, detect issues early and maintain the quality standards that underpin its goal of delivering reliable and innovative TV experiences.
The scale and quality of automated testing support our ambition to deliver a performant and stable entertainment experience 'today, and create a great tomorrow"
Resillion will now move into the ongoing monitoring phase, continuing to provide test automation and reporting over the next two years to support Orange’s Broadband and TV Factory in maintaining service reliability and performance.
This milestone is a great example of collaboration and technical excellence. Our automation framework helps Orange deliver new features faster while ensuring their customers continue to enjoy a high-quality viewing experience”
