Comprehensive media quality and compatibility testing
UHD Blu-ray, Blu-ray and DVD
Comprehensive testing to cover menu functionality and a full linear review of audio, video, and subtitles. We maintain a collection of popular players from around the world and a wide variety of manufacturers, and have been testing UHD Blu-ray since the format’s inception in 2015. To ensure compatibility and full functionality, we test against a variety of UHD displays including SDR, HDR and Dolby Vision, from various manufacturers.
Artwork and marketing
Quality control analysis for individual localised artwork and marketing assets created for various device platforms around the world. Our expert teams will check all the aspects of each asset for compliance with technical product specifications, quality guidelines and localisation.
Immersive audio
Our testing facilities are fully equipped to test a wide range of sound formats. These include the latest immersive formats such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X in 7.1.4 environments. To maximise our evaluation of compatibility, we test the sound formats via a range of AV receivers representing those likely to be found in consumers’ homes. Using our proprietary sound channel isolation hardware, we detect any imperfection in these complex audio formats.
VOD and EST
We work with any Digital VOD/EST (Electronic Sell Through) or provider or retailer, testing the full supply chain from redemption through the quality of the file, metadata to the overall user experience. Functionality testing of interactive digital media, such as iTunes Extras and Cross-Platform Extras, is also available.
Streaming
Validate your streaming content (in its deployed territory) using our global workforce of skilled audio/video and subtitle technicians. They use locally available hardware and apps and test all aspects of the streaming experience.
