Test Automation Academy

As a Tester, there is a lot of manual testing that needs to be done. You need to search and detect bugs to know whether the end products are ready to be launched into the market. Growth Track

Rookie

As a rookie you’ll learn the fundamentals of testing. You’ll get the basics through classroom training, then on the job you’ll learn from your experienced colleagues while working together. We’ll prepare you with basic soft skills to know how to interact with your clients.
Training: ISTQB Foundation, Unix Shell, SQL, Testwizard intro, consultancy skills.

First driver

The knowledge of the first driver will be mostly gained through classroom training and group projects. Also via online trainings. Soft skills training are an option if required.

Training: Selenium, CI Tools Jenkins & Docker, Python intro, Test Automation project,

Champion

A champion will become experienced in Test Automation, different frameworks and will also participate in group projects with team members. You’ll be able to start sharing your own knowledge with others to give them the tools to grow.

Training: ISTQB Test Automation engineer, Python advanced, Robot framework

Architect

As an architect you’ll already have a lot of experience and knowledge. You’ll be able to learn more about leadership skills and be able to share your knowledge with others.
Training: DevOps Coach, ISTQB Test analyst/Test manager
