Teresa Cheung

Teresa brings deep, real-world insight into cyber security, compliance, and regulation across OT and IT environments. With a background spanning manufacturing automation, product development, testing, and executive leadership, she combines hands-on technical experience with strategic governance expertise. She holds two Master’s degrees (MBA and MPhil) from globally ranked QS Top 50 universities and has advised organisations on technical, process, and compliance challenges for more than a decade.

Now Global Head of Compliance and CISO at Resillion, Teresa also serves as Privacy Officer and Data Protection Officer (DPO), supporting organisations operating in complex, highly regulated environments. She has led multiple companies to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 17025 certification and works closely with boards and technical teams to translate regulatory expectations into practical, achievable controls. A Certified CISO, Certified GDPR Practitioner, and Certified EuroPrivacy Auditor, Teresa is known for cutting through complexity to deliver clear, actionable guidance on ISO 27001, GDPR, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), NIS2, and beyond.
