Robby Putzeys is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in software quality engineering, helping organizations deliver high-quality IT systems, digital products, and complex technology landscapes across industries such as telecommunications and consumer electronics. As Head of Quality Engineering and Total Quality at Resillion, he leads global teams of solution architects and technical specialists and plays a key role in shaping and delivering the company’s Total Quality strategy.

Robby has been closely involved in building the foundations of Resillion’s Total Quality strategy, bringing together expertise across multiple practices, including quality engineering, cybersecurity, conformance & interoperability, content and data. He has a particular focus on customer centric innovation and applying data and AI to accelerate delivery, strengthening assurance, and enabling innovative and transformative, high-quality digital solutions for clients.
