Paul Harding

Paul Harding is a Bid Manager and commercial specialist with close to 30 years’ experience in sales and business winning, including more than 20 years leading complex bids and tenders across regulated sectors. He holds a PhD, an MBA, and a Master of Laws (LLM), and is a Chartered Bid and Proposal Professional (CPP.APMP), the highest level of accreditation in the profession. Paul has delivered over £1 billion in contract wins, working across government, defence, and commercial markets in the UK and internationally. He combines technical, legal, and commercial insight to shape robust, defensible proposals and support senior stakeholders through the full bid lifecycle. Alongside his delivery role, he mentors developing bid professionals, supporting capability growth and promoting best practice in proposal management
