Dr Bob Campbell is Global Head of the Conformance and Interoperability Practice and Entry C&I Business Unit at Resillion. In this role, Bob leads teams developing differentiated solutions that help clients demonstrate compliance, reduce integration risk, and achieve reliable interoperability across complex, regulated digital ecosystems.

Bob brings 14+ years of experience designing and operating largescale conformance and interoperability programmes across broadcast, telecommunications, IoT, and critical infrastructure. Bob works closely with clients to accelerate market entry, improve product quality, and build confidence with regulators, partners, and industry bodies. Resillion provides operational support to multiple industry associations, where Bob also chairs ATSC’s Conformance Implementation Team and the HbbTV Improving Interoperability Task Force, and sits on CTA Wave’s Steering Group. Bob has previously worked at IBM and Siemens Rail and holds a PhD from the University of Bristol.
