Kirsten is an experienced leader in quality assurance and delivery with over 25 years of experience spanning software engineering, testing, and large-scale transformation across complex, regulated industries.

She began her career in software engineering and business analysis, building a strong technical foundation across the full software delivery lifecycle. This grounding has shaped a career focused on combining technical understanding with operational discipline and commercial outcomes.

Kirsten has held a range of senior leadership roles including Operational Director, Regional Manager for Scotland, Service Delivery Manager, and Business Development Manager, progressing through increasing levels of responsibility across delivery, operations, and client engagement.

She is currently Business Unit Manager for Commercial & BFSI at Resillion, where she leads sector strategy and client engagement across banking, financial services, insurance, and commercial industries, with responsibility for delivery performance and client success.

Kirsten has worked across financial services, energy & utilities, public sector, retail, healthcare, telecommunications, software, aviation, and other commercial industries. She is recognised for her pragmatic leadership style, strong analytical capability, and ability to bring structure and clarity to complex delivery environments.
