Version: v5.0
Last Revised Date: 12th May 2025
A cookie is a small file which is placed on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies enable functionality on the Resillion website, including:
Cookies help us to provide you with a better experience. Depending on your cookie preferences, the information we collect about you includes: your IP, browser and internet device. Personally identifiable information is always anonymised to Resillion.
We use cookies for the following purposes:
Where permitted by law, we may combine information we receive from other websites, mobile applications and sources, with information you give to us and information we collect about you, including cookie information.
In certain cases, cookie-derived data (such as IP address, location, and page visits) may be used in conjunction with tools like Lead Forensics and LinkedIn Insight Tag to profile business users, identify company affiliations, and assess engagement. This may include automated lead scoring and enrichment with professional contact data where lawful, in accordance with Consent given by web visitor and/or our Legitimate Interests under Article 6(1)(a) and/or (f) UK GDPR. All profiling is limited to business context and is subject to transparency and opt-out rights. See Sections 5.2 and 6 for further information.
Resillion may obtain information about you when you use this website.
The information we collect about you includes:
We use additional web analytics to track the performance of specific marketing campaigns, and we have turned on the “data anonymisation” feature on such web analytics tool(s). See the “What Cookies Do We Set?” section for more details.
If you provide your consent to us on cookies from specific pages which are linked to the additional web analytics, the following additional information will be collected:
We also use scripts and components (such e.g. JavaScript code) used to generate Web pages and to automate computer processes. You can disable the Scripts, such as JavaScript, through your browser (see your browser’s settings).
We also use IP-to-company matching tools, such as Lead Forensics, which infer the visiting organisation from your IP address when possible. This tracking is only activated where users have consented to analytics or marketing cookies, and is subject to strict data minimisation and business-only enrichment logic. No cookies are set by Lead Forensics unless allowed by your preferences.
Please see further explanation in Section 5.2 (Third-Party Cookies).
You may opt in for or opt out of any automated collection of information by third-party ad networks for the purpose of delivering advertisements tailored to your interests, by visiting the consumer opt-out page for the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioural Advertising at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/. These opt-out and preference control pages are specific to the individual browser used to visit it, and as they are not operated by Resillion, we are unable to perform the opt-ins or opt-outs on your behalf.
When visiting our website you can choose to accept or decline the cookies that are being used. You will still be able to use the website if you decline our use of cookies, but some parts of the website may not work.
In addition to controlling the cookies by means of the banner that is displayed to you when you first visit our site, you may use your browser settings (e.g., in Chrome, Safari, and others) to control individual cookies. Consult the Help files for your specific browser. Information on cookies is available at https://www.cookiesandyou.com/.
You can also control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already on your device and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not work.
Do Not Track (DNT) is a feature used by some browsers to send a signal to websites to indicate that the browser should not be tracked, which will cause cookies used for purposes such as analytics and advertising to be disabled. As there are no current standards on implementing this feature, we currently do not react to any DNT signals.
You can see the cookies set on any pages by opening the cookie banner on the left-bottom of the page. If you click “Customize”, you will see the full list of cookies group in different categories, together with their description and storage duration.
We use various third-party cookies to report usage statistics of our website. However, your IP address itself cannot be accessed and all data is aggregated and anonymised to Resillion.
Please see our Privacy Policy.
If you have any questions regarding this Cookie Policy, or if you want to lodge a request in relation to your personal information, please reach out to the dedicated Privacy Officer contact point: [email protected]
