Europrivacy is officially approved to serve as European Data Protection Seal by all EU and EEA Members States (30 countries). It is applicable to data controllers and processors, as well as to all sorts of data processing activities, including with innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence.

Europrivacy can be combined with an ISO 27001 certification. It is easily extensible to complementary regulations, such as national regulations (i.e. UK, Switzerland, etc.) and EU regulations (i.e. ePrivacy Directive, Data Act, etc.).
